In response to this hopefully genuine message on www.cyprusliving.org I have instructed those who have taken copies of the CPAG website not to publish them. The copy was taken on the same day the CPAG website was taken down with the intention that the information not be lost and that people could judge whether the website was breaking the law. Apologies if that website really does libel Leptos, I was naive in thinking that CPAG had done nothing wrong. Unfortunately the statement below gives credence to Leptos' assertion that CPAG have been acting illegally and that Leptos has a genuine case against them.

I wonder if you could put a posting on the site that this new website is
nothing whatsoever to do with anyone involved with CPAG and the content has
probably come from the Google cache where old copies of web pages are kept.
Furthermore, that if it is any well intentioned person trying to help by
doing this then rather than help it will do the opposite and they should
take down this content immediately, if they really want to help.
